Men's Golf Struggles at Coastal Georgia's Invitational

Cleveland State Community College's men's golf team competed in the Coastal Georgia Invitational this past weekend. The Cougars came in last place out of a field of 16 teams. This was the first tournament the Cougars competed in this year. With a brand new roster for 2018, Head Coach Miles Moseley will work hard to get his team on a path of success for the rest of the season.

Colbe Cagle was the top performer for the Cougars this weekend. Finishing in 72nd place, Cagle had a par gross score of +38 strokes. Seth Ward and Jared Thomas finished in 79th and 80th respectively while Garrett Jones finished in 83rd.

Next up for the Cougars is the Piedmont College Fall Invitational at the Orchard Golf & Country Club in Clarksville, Georgia. The tournament will take place from September 30th through October 2nd.
