Women's Basketball Lends a Helping Hand at Ronald McDonald House Festival

Cleveland State Community College's women's basketball team volunteered at the children's festival held by the Ronald McDonald House Foundation of Greater Chattanooga this past sunday.

Head Coach Evelyn Thompson, her son Micah and the entire Cleveland State women's basketball team was in attendance to lend a helping hand at the festival. Serving food, running activites, assistance with parking and having fun with the kids were all things the team helped with. This is one of the many community service projects that the women's basketball team will be assisting with.

Head Coach Evelyn Thompson commented on the event saying, "The women did a great job and worked really hard. I am so proud of the effort that they put forth at this event."
