Cleveland State's men's basketball team drove down to Chattanooga State for a Region VII matchup. The Tigers of Chattanooga State bested the Cougars, 80-64.
Leading Cleveland State was Jonathon King who dropped 19 points and 3 rebounds. Delaino Walker was a monster on the boards, posting 12 points and 10 rebounds for a double-double on the night. Demonte Person dished the rock nicely with 4 assists to go along with his 10 points. Darius Turman smacked 2 blocks while scoring 8 points and 5 rebounds.
As a team, the Cougars shot 30% from the field, 29% from the arc and 52% from the free throw line.
