Gordon State College will visit Cleveland State for one game on Monday at 2:00 ET.
The Highlanders are 9-3 this season and also have three home wins so far this season against the Cougars. Cleveland State will hope to change their fortune against them as the Cougars are undefeated at home so far this season.
Gordon State SS Jesse Sherill continues to tear up the ball, batting .439, driving in five, and crossing home plate 14 times. 1B Ethan Scott also has been on fire, posting a .417 average and a team-high 12 RBI.
Cleveland State will hope to continue their hot streak, as they have won three of the past four games with the 10-run rule and posted three shutouts. They begin conference play with a series against Chattanooga State Friday after this matchup with the Highlanders.
