Mendenhall Commits to TWU

Baseball's Tucker Mendenhall has officially committed to continue his baseball career at a four-year college.

The Cougar outfielder announced on Twitter on May 15 that he would be attending Tennessee Wesleyan University in Athens, Tenn. and will play baseball for the Bulldogs.

"We are really happy for Tucker: he had a solid two years for us," head coach Mike Policastro said. "He works hard and was a leader for us. I have no doubt that Tucker will leave his mark on Tennessee Wesleyan. We look forward to watching him the next two years.

Mendenhall led the team in stolen bases and runs scored last season and was also named to the TCCAA All-Conference Second Team.
