Jason Davis was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in Round 21 of the 1999 MLB Draft. He played in the professional leagues from 2000-2009.

He made his MLB debut for the Indians in September of 2002 and had an appearance in 144 MLB games, including 56 starts. Over 146.1 innings pitched, he won 22 games, struck out 269 batters, and complied a 4.82 ERA.
