Cougars Fall in First Road Game of Season

Men's Basketball suffered a 72-54 loss in their first road game of the season at Wallace State on Sunday evening.

Kerry Pratt led the team with 11 points and three rebounds. Jakobey Hitchens and Jager Dickson also scored in double-digits for the second straight game with ten points each.

"We competed pretty well in the first half with our defense," said head coach Lee Cigliano. "Jager, Kerry, Demonte [Person] and Jon [Morgan] hit some three pointers to keep us in it. We didn't come out in the beginning of the second half and match their level of intensity and competitiveness and it cost us."

The Cougars will be back in action on Tuesday at home against Snead State. Tip off is set for 7:30 ET.
