Softball travels to Harriman, Tenn. to face Roane State to open conference play on Friday and Saturday. Friday's doubleheader begins at 2:00 ET, Saturday's at 12:00 ET.
The Lady Raiders are 2-5 this season, most recently playing on Saturday, losing both games of a two-game set to Volunteer State.
The Lady Cougars (5-4) were 2-3 against Roane State last year. They lost their series Mar. 3 and 4 to the Lady Raiders, 3-1, but redeemed themselves by recording a 8-0 victory against them in the TCCAA Softball Tournament on May 8.
After this series, Cleveland State will play a doubleheader against Snead State on March 12.
