Post-Cleveland State: Guider signed with Tennessee Wesleyan College, an NAIA member located in Athens, Tenn., and will enter her senior season in 2020-21. In 2019, she set a personal best in the 2 mile with a time of 13:32.28.

Sophomore (2018-19): Placed second overall out of 64 runners at the Freed Speed Open (Sept. 22) with a season-best 20:48.3 5000m time... Placed fifth overall out of 41 runners in the Mountaintop Invitational at Covenant College (Aug. 31) with a personal best time of 13:35.20 in the two mile... Placed fifth overall out of 69 runners at the Maryville Invitational (Sept. 29) in the 6000m 

Freshman (2017-18): Became the first female runner in the program's history to compete in the NJCAA National Cross Country Championships... Set a personal record of 20:27.6 in the 5000m at NJCAA Nationals (Nov. 11), where she placed 122 out of 310 runners... Placed first overall at the Central Georgia Tech Invitational (Oct. 6) with a time of 20:33.9 in the 5000m... Ran a personal best 26:23.8 6000m time at the Maryville Invitational (Sept. 30)... Ran her top time of 17:02.06 in the 4K at Reinhardt College (Sept. 1)
