Women's Basketball will hope to start another winning streak on the season as they travel to Jackson State on Saturday for a conference matchup with the Lady Green Jays. Tip-off is scheduled for 3:00 ET.

The Lady Cougars sit at 14-7 overall and 10-3 in conference play after suffering a tough loss to Walters State on Wednesday. Prior to the loss, Cleveland State had won four straight games,  all of which were against TCCAA opponents. They currently sit at third in the conference. Jackson State, on the other hand, is in the midst of a challenging part of their season. They are 16-5 overall and 8-5 in conference, but have lost their last two games, including Wednesday's matchup at Southwest Tennessee 82-75.

History is on the Lady Cougars' side. They are 20-6 against the Lady Green Jays since 2001. Cleveland State defeated then undefeated Jackson State 76-66 back on Dec. 7 in Cleveland, Tenn.

After this matchup, Cleveland State will return home on Wednesday, Jan. 12 to host Motlow State. Gametime is set for 2:00 ET.
