Volleyball's five-match winning streak came to an end on Tuesday as they fell 3-1 Walters State.
The second set was the best performance of the evening for Cleveland State, as they won the frame 25-22 over the Lady Senators. Madeline Dasher, Stephanie Burke, and Aly Grace Lemons each had three kills a piece in the set. Burke led the Lady Cougars with 13 kills total.
Sydney Allen tied game lead with 29 assists with Walters State's Amanda Singleton. Lemons led all scorers with two block assists.
Cleveland State will play at home again on Thursday night against Johnson. Match time is set for 7:00 ET.
