Last friday, Cleveland State's cross country team taveled to Canton, GA to participate in the Reinhardt College Invitational. The men's team placed 5th overall while the women's team placed in the top half of the field. 

Head Coach David Kyle said, "This wasn't our best rest, our runners just weren't feeling it. We know what we need to do to get better and our plan is to focus on that before our next race. I'm still very proud of the effort and the way our team represented Cleveland State in competition."

Next week's meet in Carollton, GA, the West Georgia Invitational, has been cancelled.

Next up, Cleveland State will travel to Clarksville, TN to run in the Austin Peay University Invitational on Saturday, September 23rd, at 9:00AM EST.
