Sophomore (2019-20): Appeared in all seven meets for the Cougars... Was one of five runners to compete at the NJCAA Division I National Championships (Nov. 9), running an 8k time of 28:05.00... Placed fourth in the Region VII Championships (Oct. 25)... Made his Cleveland State debut at the Mountaintop Invitational (Aug. 30), placing 12th overall at with a personal-best 5k time time of 18:39.00... Set a personal record in the 8k at the Berry Invitational (Oct. 19) with a time of 27:55.59 

Freshman (2017-18 at Clayton State): Ran at Clayton State for both the 2017 Cross Country season and the 2018 Track season... Ran a personal best 38:11.16 10K time at the Southeast Region Championships (Nov. 14)... Ran a 29:43.15 8K at the Cougar Cross Country Invitational (Sept. 23)... Has a personal best time of 23:22.60 in the 6K... Competed in three indoor track events and five outdoor track events in 2018... Was the only freshman on the team to earn spot in the Peach Belt Conference Meet
