As Rafael Howard enters the 24-25 school year, Athletics Director Mike Policastro expressed his appreciation as to what Coach Howard brings to Cougar Basketball and Cleveland State.  “Coach Howard has the ability to lead, recruit, motivate and mentor student athletes to reach their potential.  He has been an integral part Cleveland State Athletics for 13 years and I look forward to his continued positive influence here at the college.”
