Norma Davis served in many different roles during her 33 years at Cleveland State. She was initially hired as a stenographer in the Admissions Office in 1967.
She then transitioned into working as an Admissions Office Clerk and Typist from 1979-1985 and then worked three years as the Secretary to the Dean of Students from 1985-1998. She then worked in the Office of Athletics and Student Activities from 1998-2002.
Davis also ran the concession stand for Cougar Athletics home events and other events hosted in the Cleveland State athletic facilities. In 2002, the department named the crosswalk guiding students from the student center to the gymnasium "Norma Davis Way."
