Men's Basketball will hope to win their third straight game on Saturday as they travel to Dyersburg State for a huge game with the 20th-ranked Eagles. Tip-off is set for 5:00 ET.

Wednesday's win for the Cougars over Chattanooga State brought them to 7-9 overall and 4-4 in conference play, holding them in the fifth spot overall in the TCCAA. Dyersburg State sits in first place in the conference with a 16-1 overall record and a 7-1 record in the TCCAA. They earned a win in a tough overtime game at Jackson State in their last game on Wednesday.

Cleveland State has dominated the series with the Eagles. Since 2001, they are 28-2 against Dyersburg State and have won 19 of the last 20 games against them. The Cougars and Eagles played to a split last season, with Dyersburg State winning the first matchup of the season in Cleveland on Nov. 16, 2018 and Cleveland State winning Feb. 22, 2019's matchup in Dyersburg.

After this game, the Cougars will press pause on conference play to return home to host Combine Academy on Tuesday. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:00 ET.
