Men's Basketball will look to build off of the momentum they gained on Saturday as they welcome Roane State to their home floor on Wednesday. Gametime is scheduled for 7:30 ET. 

On Saturday, the Cougars scored a big conference win, defeating Volunteer State 87-76. The win brought Cleveland State's record to 8-11 overall with a 5-5 record in the TCCAA. They currently hold the seventh spot overall in the conference. 

The game is crucial for both teams, as the Raiders sit just ahead of the Cougars in sixth with a 9-13 record overall and a 6-5 record in conference play. Roane State also won their last game vs. Jackson State on Saturday 90-80.

The Cougars will be looking for revenge as the Raiders had the upper hand when the two teams last met in Harriman. The series, since 2002, has been neck-and-neck, as Cleveland State and Roane State have played to a 14-14 split. However, the Cougars have won three of the last five games against the Raiders, including last year's TCCAA championship game.

After this contest, Cleveland State will travel to Southwest Tennessee on Saturday. Tip-off is set for 5:00 ET.
