Men's Basketball will hope to continue riding the momentum from their big win on Wednesday as they travel to Jackson State for another conference matchup Saturday. Tip-off is set for 5:00 ET.

The Cougars defeated Walters State 81-78 at home in Wednesday's contest. The win brought them to 9-13 overall and 6-7 in conference play and placed them in the seventh spot in the conference. Jackson State, who is 15-3 overall and 10-3 in the TCCAA, last played on Wednesday, when they defeated Southwest Tennessee in Memphis 85-80. They currently hold the conference's second spot.

Since 2001, Cleveland State is 17-9 against Jackson State and has won nine of their last 10 against the Green Jays. The Cougars are looking for redemption in the second part of the regular season series, as they suffered a loss in a 78-76 in a buzzer-beating thriller in Cleveland State back on Dec. 7.

After this matchup, Cleveland State will return home to face Motlow State. Wednesday, Dec. 12's game will get underway at 7:30 ET.
