Men's Basketball hopes to build their conference resume in the latter stages of the season as they travel to Columbia State on Saturday. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:00 ET.

The Cougars were last in action on Wednesday when they suffered a loss at the hands of Motlow State at home. They currently sit at 9-15 overall and 6-9 in conference play, which has them holding the ninth spot in the TCCAA. The Chargers of Columbia State sit at 17-9 and 8-7 in the TCCAA and hold the conference's third spot. They last played on at Dyersburg State on Wednesday, where they suffered a 88-79.

When these two teams last met on Jan. 11, it was a thriller. Cleveland State came out on the winning end of a 85-80 game at home that needed overtime to decide the outcome. The Cougars will hope to carry confidence from that win into this important road conference matchup.

After this game, Cleveland State will travel just down the road to Chattanooga state for a crucial conference matchup. Gametime is scheduled for 7:30 ET.
