Game One Recap
In a game when the two competing teams were only able to generate 10 hits combined, Cleveland State started their three-game conference series vs Walters State on Friday April 15 taking a 4-0 loss as they managed just four hits while the Senators used six hits to account for their four runs.
Bryce Jenkins who started for the Cougars struck out eight in five innings and had one of Cleveland State's hits. Jacob Robinson, Brandon LeJeune and Bryce Burkey had the other three hits.
Game Two Recap
Game two was much the same for the Cougars as their offense consisted of five singles, one each from Jaylen Jones, Ryan Stephens, Hunter Gray, Yosuany Herrera and Rhett Hammontree.
Walters doubled Cleveland State's hit total and scored runs in innings two through five to end the game winning 10-0.

At the end of the day the Cougars have an overall record of 22-19 with a conference mark of 7-12 and will conclude the three-game series on Saturday April 16 with a single nine inning game vs Walters with a start time of 12 p.m.
