Zowee Dillard and Isabella Messer each were named to the TCCAA All-Conference second team.
"We asked both Izzy and Zowee to play very big roles this season as freshmen and both of them stepped up to the challenge," head coach Peyton McDaniel said. "We took both of them out of their primary positions to fill the needs of our team and both did so without any hesitation."
Zowee Dillard finished second in the conference at 3.22 kills per set. Isabella Messer was third in the conference in digs at 4.11 per set.
"They both led this team in every way that I asked them to," McDaniel said. "With such breakout years as freshmen, I am very excited for what is to come for both of them. Their continued hard work and dedication to our program is something that has been so fun to watch and I can't wait to grow this program alongside of them."
