Cougar Field Named Collegiate Field of the Year
The Tennessee Turfgrass Association has named Cleveland State's Cougar Field their Collegiate Field of the Year for 2018.
Based out of Franklin, TN, the TTA is an association that looks to promote good maintenance and provide educational programs on turfgrass.
The organization searches through nominated Tennessee athletic fields with natural grass playing surfaces to, according to their website, "distinguish fields across the state" and award them for great upkeep of their facilities.
The TTA gives the award to a professional, collegiate, municipal, and high school field each year.
