Former Cougars Making Impact At Four-Years

Basketball season is officially underway around the collegiate ranks and fall sports are wrapping up their seasons with championships. Here are some of your former Cougar and Lady Cougars hoopsters who are making an impact at all different levels of their respective sports!

Exavian Young '19 (Blue Mountain College, NAIA) recorded six points, four rebounds, two steals and an assist in the Toppers' 76-53 win over Rust on Thursday. 

Jordan Smith '19 (Johnson University, NCCAA) scored 15 points in the Lady Royals' 85-72 win over Wesleyan on Friday. She also led the team with 20 points in Saturday's loss to Pensacola Christian while also dishing out a team-high four assists. Smith is currently second on the team in points per game, averaging just under 20 to begin the season.

Madison Guider '19 (Tennessee Wesleyan, NAIA) placed 35th out of 108 total runners at the AAC Championships in Canton, Ga. on Saturday. The Lady Bulldogs placed third overall of fifteen total teams.

Romero Hill '17 (Claflin, NCAA Division II) scored 12 points and also contributed four assists in the Panthers' 94-77 win over Kutztown on Saturday.
