Baseball has signed five members to their 2020 roster.
Bryce Jenkins is a 5'10" pitcher, infielder, and outfielders from Hardin Valley Academy in Knoxville, Tenn. His parents are Mike and Holly Jenkins and he was coached by former Cougar baseball pitcher Drew Korzybski. He batted .357 with 28 RBI, 13 doubles, two triples, three home runs, and 21 stolen bases while being named 1st Team All-District as a hitter. He also received All-District Honors as a pitcher due to his 7-2 record paired with a 2.94 ERA and 59 strikeouts in 52.1 innings pitched.
Daulton Schley is a 5'10" catcher and third baseman from Ringgold High School in Ringgold, Ga. His parents are Terry and Sherry Schley. He batted .429 with 54 RBI, 21 doubles, and seven home runs. He has also received All-Region, All-State, Team Georgia, and Hit Stick honors.
Garrett Raulston is a 6'2" infielder from South Pittsburg High School in South Pittsburg, Tenn. His parents are Stephen and Melanie Raulston and he batted .350 with 32 RBI, seven doubles, nine home runs, and five stolen bases. He has received All-District honors three times and was named to the Best of Preps list in 2018.
Jared Luco is a 5'11" outfielder from Hardin Valley Academy in Knoxville, Tenn. His parents are Jose and Mariel Lugo. Luco was named All-District once and batted .350 with 25 RBI, nine doubles, four home runs and 10 stolen bases in 2019. He also had a 4-0 record on the mound with a 3.00 ERA and 36 strikeouts in 30.1 IP.
Reese Plemons is a 6'1" catcher from Greenback School in Loudon, Tenn. His parents are Arnold and Shawn Plemons. As a hitter, he batted .422 with 42 RBI, 14 doubles, and five home runs. As a pitcher, he had a 4-2 record with a 2.14 ERA and 39 strikeouts in 36.2 IP. He has received All-District, All-County, All-Area, and All-Region honors.
