Former Cleveland State Baseball player Ryan Casteel continued to add more accomplishments to his fantastic season with the MILB Southern League's Mississippi Braves.

The former Cougar was named the Farm Bureau Player of the Week after a week which, according to a Mississippi Braves news release, saw him bat .366 and drive in nine runs while hitting three doubles and three home runs.

This is the third time this season that Casteel has been named the Player of the Week.
