Cleveland State took on Jackson State tonight in their second conference matchup of the week. The Cougars are coming of a 3-game win streak as they defeated Walters State in a heated match up on Wednesday night. Unfortunately, the streak ended tonight as Jackson State took a late lead taking the game 77-73.
6'4 Sophomore K'Juan Banks led the Cougars with 22 points and 5 rebounds with freshman teammate, 6'7 Sageny Horace followed with 11 points.
The Cougars are now 3-2 in the conference and 6-4 over-all. They will be back in action Wednesday December 8th as they head to Alabama to take on Gadsden State. Tip off is set for 8:30 EST.
