March 14 and 15 Cougar Golf will be in Foley Alabama competing in the Glenlakes Invitational, hosted by Central Alabama Community College. The field of 14 teams will feature Cleveland State along with Central Alabama, Wallace State, Snead State and Calhoun Community College. Representation from Florida includes Eastern Florida State and from Mississippi, Mississippi Gulf Coast. Rounding out the competition includes Meridian, Coastal Alabama, Bishop State, Andrew, ABAC, Southern Union and Jefferson State.
The Cougars coming off a sixth-place finish at the ABAC Invitational, played at the Springhill Country Club, boasts a starter lineup of Dalton Sutton, Isaac Meador, Austin Spurgeon, Bryce Barber and Cain Stover. At Springhill Meador and Sutton finished tied for 11th and 18th respectively. Barber ended the day in 29th.
Cleveland State is coached by Caleb Evans who is in his first year as head coach.
