Cougar Golf in the Running for the 2022 National Tournament

After two rounds of the 2022 NJCAA Southeast District Tournament, Cleveland State golf is
positioned to head to the National Tournament. At the end of the day one, Monday April 25 the
Cougars with a team score of 589 are currently tied for third with Roane State. ABAC is in first place
at 577 and Walters is in second with a 581. The top three teams qualify for the Nationals.

Isaac Meador leads the two round individual scoring for the Cougars with a 144 and is tied for fifth
while Dalton Sutton and Cain Stover are tied for 11 th at 147. Nic Ravnborg shot a 152 putting him in a
15 th place tie as Jarrett Glass is 18 th with a score of 154.

The tournament played on the Golf Club of Bristol course concludes with a single round on Tuesday
April 26 as the Cougars look to stay in a top three finish. Davidson-Davie with a 646 and Hagerstown
at 673 complete the competing teams in the tournament.
