
Cougars Owen Kreuger Finishes Fourth at ABAC Spring Invitational
Cleveland State's Owen Kreuger had the best showing at a golf tournament for any Cougar this season. Kreuger finished fourth in the three-day ABAC Spring Invitational Tournament at the Springhill Country Club in Tifton, GA. The Cougars overall finished in 11th out of the 18 schools that participated.

"We are improving and working hard," head coach Shannon Skipper said. "Great things are coming."
After day one Kreuger was tied in first place breaking even shooting par. The team combined to shoot their best score on day two at +18 and were in seventh place heading into day three.
Reese Mcfatter finished in 31st place overall shooting +19, while Kadyn Copeland was two strokes behind him and Andrew Mccarver rounded out the Cougars group shooting +24.
The next tournament for Cleveland State comes March 23 & 24 when the team participates in the Alice Lloyd College Spring Invitational at the Battlefield Golf Club in Richmond, Kentucky.
