Kylie Hayes was named the TCCAA pitcher of the week.

She threw two complete games winning both against Roane State on back-to-back days.

Hayes (12-5) allowed two earned runs on six hits while striking out three in the series opener, then allowed two earned runs again on seven hits while striking out four in game three of their four-game series.

Next up for Cleveland State is a four-game conference series road trip to Columbia State (2-26, 2-22) beginning on Friday, April 12. First pitch is scheduled for 5 p.m. where Hayes will most likely get the start.
