
Women's Basketball; Cougars Go to Second Place Chattanooga State
The Cleveland State women's basketball team travels down the road to Chattanooga State today.
This is the second straight road game for the Cougars (5-13, 3-8), winning this past Saturday 57-54 at Jackson State (10-6, 5-6). The Tigers (13-7, 8-3) come in on a three-game winning streak winning their last game on Monday in a non-conference meeting against the Milligan University Junior Varsity team.
Cleveland comes into the contest averaging 50 points on 32.3% shooting from the field, 22.6% from behind the three-point line and 54 percent at the free throw line per game.
