Cleveland State picked up their first road win.
The Cougars went to Tennessee Wesleyan facing their JV squad and walked out with an 88-37 victory sweeping their season series.
"Solid win tonight," head coach Rafael Howard said. "We had contributions from several guys, and everyone stepped up and played well."
Cleveland State had five different players score in double figures with Julius King, Jr. leading the way scoring 17. Duvall Price put together a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
The Cougars will take a break from games for the Thanksgiving holiday before returning to their schedule next week.
"We'll practice and watch film as we head into the holiday," Howard said. We'll look to prepare for our next conference game on November 29th."
Cleveland State (4-1, 1-1) travels next Wednesday to take on Walters State (6-0, 1-0). Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m.
