Cleveland State couldn't get it going tonight.

Roane State (18-6, 11-3) was up 17 by halftime and didn't let up, winning 95-68.

The Cougars were without their top scorer Julius King, Jr. tonight due to injury and it showed as Cleveland State (11-9, 7-6) struggled shooting going 38.2 percent from the field. Defensively the Cougars didn't play much better allowing the Raiders to shoot 59 percent from the field.

The conference's second leading scorer Sebastian Tidor scored a game high 22 points for Roane State. He was one of four players to put up double figures for the Raiders.

Thaddeus Johnson led the way putting in 19 points for Cleveland State. He was one of four Cougars to score in double figures. Caleb Chapman was a rebound away from tallying a double-double.

Cleveland State seeks revenge on the Raiders when they travel to Roane State for their next action this Wednesday night. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m.
