The Cleveland State women's basketball team looks to pick up their first road win on the season this evening.
The Cougars (4-6, 2-3) travel to Motlow State (5-11, 2-4) hoping to snap a four-game losing streak.
The Bucks come into the game on a two-game losing streak and are a half game behind Cleveland State in the conference standings. With a win tonight Motlow State will jump ahead of the Cougars in the standings.
This is the first of two meetings between the teams this season.
Cleveland State averages 56.3 points per game compared to the Bucks 54.3. The Cougars also hold the advantage in the rebound department with 41.7 per contest compared to Motlow State's 27.3.
Jordan McCullough is the leading scorer for Cleveland State with 13.3 per game. She is one of three Cougars averaging double figures in scoring.
Latisha Parris leads the way rebounding for Cleveland State with 7.6 per game while Mackenzie Brenier is not far behind at 7.5.
Dan'Angela Wilson puts in 13.6 points per game leading Motlow State. She is one of three players on the team scoring in double figures each game. Wilson also leads the team in rebounding with 6.4 per game.
The Bucks strength is shooting where they feature two of the top five three-points shooters in the conference. Ja'Mya Gooch is third in the conference in three-point shooting at 43.2 percent with Lovely Alexander right behind her at 43.1. Alexander is also third in field goal shooting percentage in the conference at 54.4 percent.
