Cleveland State (6-6, 4-3) is on a two-game winning streak while the Tigers (17-1, 7-1) look to remain tied in first place in the conference.
While the Cougars are .500 on the season they have lost only once at home.
Chattanooga State's only loss came against the team they are tied in first place with, Dyersburg State in a road game back on December 20.
This is the first of two meetings between the teams this season.
