Tionna Baker Earns Player of the Week Honors
Cleveland State's Tionna Baker was named the Tennessee Community College Athletic Association Player of the Week on November 13, 2022.
Baker a sophomore from Tunnel Hill Georgia leads the Cougar women in scoring with 19 point per game, shoots at 40.5%, has a free throw percentage of 77.8 and rebounds at a 5.2 clip per game.
Cleveland State's Head Coach Evelyn Thompson said: "Tionna has been a model of consistency setting the tone for Cougar basketball with her tenacity and toughness. She is a tremendous leader and it shows day in and day out. She is well deserving of Player of the Week Honors."
