Cougars volleyball is looking for their first home win and to move out of the bottom of their conference standings.

Cleveland State (1-11, 0-4) hosts Pellissippi State (1-3, 1-3) this evening looking to snap an eight-match losing streak.

The Cougars played the Purple Panthers at their place earlier this season with Pellissippi State taking that match in a hard fought battle 3-2.

Cleveland State hopes their experience throughout the season playing in eight more matches than their opponent this evening will help bring home a victory.

Kaydence Houston brings the offense for the Cougars with her 78 kills on the season while Ella Johnson contributes through her team leading 198 assists on the year. Libero Taylor Hancock holds down the defensive side averaging 6.4 digs per match.
